Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Lead Time All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, are shipped the same day. All other orders have a maximum of 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. Orders are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise indicated or requested. UPS and FEDEX shipping methods are available upon request. Additional charges may apply. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 1-4 business days upon receipt of order. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Thank you for shopping with Detroitchips.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. There are few exceptions. Please see the details below.
